Cullen J. Reid General Not really. CSX runs these Stilesboro coal trains out of Etowah TN to Plant Bowen in Cartersville GA and back with one crew. If they have too many delays they can't make it back to Etowah before their 12 hours of service are up. This crew must have had some delays and was in a hurry to get back to Etowah. 12/13/2004 8:16:57 PM
