Old tower         
When I rode Amtrak to Chicago, I noticed this building which looked suspiciously like an old tower. Closer examination reveals that it is! It now is part of a restaurant.

Bob Franke General This "old" tower has been in existance not more than 10 years. It was constructed when the Milwaukee freight station (visible in the back ground) was converted to restaurants. There are several old towers around KC; Adams St, Santa Fe Jct, Old Union Depot and Sheffield Jct are all on the KCT. Parts of the tower 5 west of Union Station exist as well. 12/31/2006 10:21:47 PM
