| Nacionales de Mexico SD40M-2 13071 was in the Illinois Central’s MAYS YARD, just west of New Orleans. The locomotive had just been rebuilt from Norfolk & Western SD45 1782 at VMV Enterprises in Paducah, Kentucky and was waiting to be delivered to the Southern Pacific on its way to Mexico. It was subsequently Ferromex 3200. |
