This locomotive, built by the American Locomotive Company in October of 1951, was used in the Tuscola & Saginaw Bay Rwy. It went through several owners - Ex-Sabine River & Northern 402 < Vermont Ry. 402 < nee Rutland 402; Chop-nosed by Southern Rail Inc.- before ending up at Coopersville & Marne Rwy. Currently, it is a very nice locomotive internally but it's on idler trucks and does not run. |
