On May 27th 2017, the Catskill Mountain Railroad began running their regularly scheduled Summer trains by starting the operation of a new Kingston-based passenger train known as the Catskill Mountain Flyer. After a short run across the Esopus Creek, the Hurley Flats and part way up Hurley Mountain, the CMRRs Catskill Mountain Flyer is being shoved back into downtown Kingston by ALCo-GE RS-1 #401 on the trains second rvn on its first day of operations. |
