Southern Pacific GP38-2’s 4819 and 4829 were heading south with a covered hopper and 20 tank cars on the Cotton Belt's SHREVEPORT SUBDIVISION at L&A Junction in Bossier City, Louisiana. The junction was on the north side of E. Texas Street (U.S. 79-80), where the Kansas City Southern’s HOPE SUBDIVISION connected with the SSW. |
