| The station at Thendara on the Lake Placid Branch. Once a stepping off point for vacationers to the Adirondacks, now it is quiet, its last riders having come off the Adirondack Scenic. It will see a resurgence in future years, but for now, only the ghosts of Pacifics and Beeliners are calling. |
