Baltimore & Ohio 0-8-0 #820, ex-1521  Contributor's Pick!       
Another L-2 built by the B&O sometime between 1923-29 is this #820. Unfortunately it may be sitting in a scrap line, especially with the steam dome cover sitting on the forward sand dome.
