| Something looks just a little too new about the cab on this GE C40-8W. The logo is smaller than usual and the LED number boards were certainly not standard from the factory. Upon further review, I found that this had been in an accident with a runaway rail-laying train in December 2007. Photos of the accident are available on this site, in the archives of CSX 7847. |
