VIA "RDC5" 9306 running as the second car of VIA train 198 at Nanaimo BC. This car was originally Lehigh Valley RDC2 41, became CP 9116 in 1958, was rebuilt to this configuration and renumbered to 9306 for Montreal commuter service in 1975, and was rebuilt by VIA as RDC1 6143 in 1981. The lead car is ex-CP RDC1 9064, still in its classic "hockey mask" colours. |
