"S&L" is not a valid reporting mark for Sydney & Louisburg but will be used in this database. A note on the back states "S&L #85 at Glace Bay engine house (ex-Detroit & Toledo Shore Line #112. 8/1958". The photo was taken by Edward P. Street Jr. Some confusion as to when this loco was built by Lima and who originally ordered it. There seems to be cross-over info for S&L 0-6-0 and 0-8-0 both with the number 85. |
