| Unmarked photo - no date, location or photographer listed for this 1970 EMD built GP40 but it wears a fresh coat of paint. Mike Woodruff makes a good poi`t (see comment below) that the date must be after June of 1973. The separation of B&O & WM from C&O changed slightly in 1976 to a more unified Chessie scheme so I'm placing the date for this paint scheme around 1974-75. |
