| While BNSF Yard Job Y-FTW2021-16 was making a shove uphill (1% Grade) into BNSF North Yard track 9119, the trailing truck on the 5th car from the head-end (BNSF 563014) lifted up over the frog and derailed. Power was BNSF 3189, BNSF 3133, and BNSF 3163 shoving 3 loads and 36 empties. The switch was not designed to handle this type of equipment under this particular loading scenario. |
