Seen in the old New Haven freight yard at Attleboro, Massachusetts. This train with its 2 Conrail SD40-2's and Amtrak caboose would ply the Amtrak mainline nightly laying fiber optic cables into Boston. A few weeks later it would be stored on the Providence and Worcester Railroad at Valley Falls. |
