It was lettered HYDROGEN FLUORIDE ANHYDROUS and displayed a1052 (hydrogen fluoride, anhydrous) placard. GATX 70708 was on a Canadian National-Illinois Central transfer run in New Orleans running from MAYS YARD to STUYVESANT DOCKS YARD and the New Orleans Public Belt.
