PRR 5179, H-9S, 1933         
Here is a photo by William E. Grant that was taken in Wilmington, Delaware, on 22 October 1933. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #5179, an H-9S (2-8-0) "Consolidated" built by the Baldwin Locomotive Works as number "3587" during November of 1913, renumbered "5179" in 1917, and retired in January of 1950 after 37 years of faithful service.
