Oil Power. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide of Pennsylvania Railroad engine #9723, a BF-16 built by Baldwin-Lima-Hamilton in March of 1951, rated at 1,600 horsepower, and retired in July of 1966 after just 15 years of revenue service. The photographer's name, the exact date, and the location are not recorded.
