Portraits 2. Here is a diesel locomotive portrait by an unidentified photographer that was taken near Chicago, Illinois, on 2 July 1967. Shown here (L to R) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #6521 and #6321. #6521 is a GF-28A built by General Electric in September of 1966 and rated at 2,800 horsepower, while #6321 is an AF-30 constructed by the American Locomotive Company in November of 1966 and rated at 3,000 horsepower.
