Portraits 1. Here is a diesel locomotive portrait by an unidentified photographer that was taken near Columbus, Ohio, on 18 August 1950. Shown here (R to L) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #9850 and an EF-15 whose road number is not recorded. Both were built by GM-EMD and rated at 1,500 horsepower each. #9850 is an EFP-15 constructed in June of 1952. (#9 of 20)
