PRR 6389, B-6SB, 1955
Camden. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide of a photo by Raymond J. Muller that was taken in Camden, New Jersey, in September of 1955. Shown here (L to R) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #6389 and a Baldwin-built switcher whose number is not recorded. #6389 is a B-6SB (0-6-0) switcher built in Juniata during November of 1926 and retired in March of 1956 after 30 years of service. In a soon-to-be-reversed scenario, the steamer is towing the diesel. ("Stoneborobranch"; #38 of 69)
