| A CN local approaches the Main St. overpass as it traverses the west leg of the wye at the north end of the former SOO yard at Neenah, WI on 13 Jun. '18. The east leg of the wye is partially visible beyond the train. The white building at right is, or was, Progressive Paper Storage, Inc. (formerly Kimberly-Clark Warehouse (K-C Warehouse)). It does not receive rail service, but it looks like there may have been a spur on the northwest side of the building in the past. Train was returning from Appleton, Little Chute, and Kaukauna. Several of Neenah's hideous, modern edifices contaminate the skyline in the background at right (I am obviously not a fan of modern, so-called, architecture). |
