The buildings in the background are the Landing at Eagle Flats (left) and Riverwalk Place, apartments built in 2011-12 on the site of what had been a paper mill for over 100 years. Kerwin Paper Co., a subsidiary of Riverside Paper Corp. closed ca. 2005-06. |
