In this context, it's rockin' 'n' rollin' through Eldorado on its way to the end of the line at Sixth Avenue and 58th Street, where the motorman will change from one pickup pole to the other and head back to downtown Altoona. Note the red dump truck at the far right, delivering a load of coal!
